Claire is the Managing Director of Foster Citizenship Corporation and also the Managing Partner of Peter I. Foster & Associates. Claire specializes in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law and Insurance Law and heads the Firm’s Conveyancing and Mortgages portfolio.  Claire is an expert in the preparation of complex mortgages and is the authority on Conveyancing, and Corporate law.

She handles the firm’s corporate business and mainly leads the Alien Landholding Licence applications, the structuring of investments for large property developments and for purchasers of property in Saint Lucia by non-nationals and nationals alike.
