Renée is an Attorney-at-Law and Partner of Peter I. Foster & Associates. She is a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple having been admitted to practice in the United Kingdom in October 2002 and later the Saint Lucia Bar in November 2002.

She has wide experience in corporate insolvency, joint ventures and the structuring and restructuring of companies. She has a passion for public law and has appeared as a junior litigator in several widely publicized public law matters in Saint Lucia. She also enjoys trusts law and condominium law and has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in these areas.

Renée presently sits as a member of the Public Service Commission of Saint Lucia and on the Committee for the Prerogative of Mercy, both appointments made by the Governor General under the Constitution of Saint Lucia.

She is the Chairperson of the Legal Aid Board and a Director of the Board of Radio Saint Lucia.

Renée is also a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Saint Lucia Bar Association and sits on the Bar Council.
